EnviroAir completed the Design, Installation and Commissioning of Air Conditioning and Ventilation sytems for the refurbishment of the former Tauranga bank building into a shared corporate office environment.
This project was completed as a full design and build package, with system design, building consent documentation, System Modelling and Drawings, project management, installation, and commissioning all being completed by EnviroAir.
The Building included exposed services requiring carefull planning, and coordination to fit in with the overall design.
